When OxaPay is enabled, payment processing occurs through OxaPay. We store invoice references, payment status, and webhook payload summaries, not private wallet keys.

We use information to create accounts, provide hosting services, process orders, prevent abuse, deliver support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Data security

The portal uses password hashing, CSRF protection, role checks, protected storage folders, and prepared database queries. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should also use strong unique passwords.

Retention

We retain records as needed for service delivery, billing, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. You may request account review or deletion where applicable.
