Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep login details secure, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate policies, create risk, or contain inaccurate information.

3. Hosting services

Hosting resources are provided according to the plan purchased. Fair-use limits, server health, abuse prevention, and network integrity may require temporary restrictions or migration recommendations.

4. Payments

Orders are activated after payment confirmation or manual approval by an administrator. Where OxaPay is enabled, invoices are generated through OxaPay and payment status is updated by verified webhook callbacks.

5. Customer content

You are responsible for website files, applications, databases, email content, and compliance with applicable laws. You must not host malware, phishing pages, spam tools, copyright-infringing content, or abusive services.

6. Backups

We may provide backups, but customers remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of important data unless a written backup service level agreement states otherwise.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability, but maintenance, upstream incidents, software defects, abuse events, or force majeure can affect service. Credits, when available, are limited to the affected service period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security threats, or violation of these terms. Customers may cancel by contacting support or following available dashboard workflows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
