Refund window

New shared hosting orders may be eligible for review within 7 days of initial purchase, unless the service has been used for abuse, policy violations, chargeback fraud, or excessive resource consumption.

Non-refundable items

Domain registrations, SSL products from third parties, custom administration work, migrations already completed, dedicated resources, setup fees, and crypto network fees are generally non-refundable.

Crypto payments

Crypto refunds may differ from the original paid amount because of blockchain fees, price movement, and payment processor limitations. Refunds are processed after admin review.

How to request

Open a support ticket from your dashboard and include the order number, reason, and wallet or payment details requested by the billing team.
